I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to define learning objectives, develop training curriculum and events, and completing training & development needs assessments. I have experience with visual design software (Adobe, Camtasia, Canva, and others) and ability to storyboard.I possess excellent computer skills, including the Project Management/Data Management with CRM and EMS systems. I also have expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, and Drive). As a former educator I have exceptional knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models both in pedagogy and andragogy (adult learning theory). I have created and instructed courses in learning management systems (Canvas, Schoology, Initia, Moodle, and Blackboard).
