Assisted customers with their accounts. Made daily deposits, withdrawls, and other transactions. Was responsible for cross selling and referring products to our new and current customers. Open new accounts and would hold bank fairs to get new customers.

I started working at Optima as a temp, doing filling. After about 1 month they hired me on in their office as a receptionist. Since this area that I worked in was bilingual I was not able to assist with all the calls. The company wanted to keep me so they moved me to do payroll and human resource. I also assisted with recruiting and interviewing. We would handle off site events and I would attend to assist our candidates with any needs. I did payroll for about 200+ employees on a weekly basis. I was also responsible for delivering checks and picking up checks from our clients. Mainting relationships with clients and candidates.

I worked as a Customer Service Representative for this fortune 500 company. I would handle inbound and outbound calls daily. Would assist borrowers over the united states with their home appraisals and to locate an appraiser that could go inspect the property and have the report back to me within 4 days. I would recieve an order from a branch and stay in daily contact with the branch, borrower, and appraiser. I would have about 50-100 orders daily that would have to touched daily.
