In January 2015, 360 Architecture was acquired by HOK, a global design, architecture engineering and planning firm. I led content development for 360's transition to HOK.com; developed the strategic communications plan for the Sports + Recreation + Entertainment (SRE) market in tandem with market leaders; managed social media, web content and media coordination for the SRE and Kansas City markets; and provided copy writing for targeted project pursuits.

The firm is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri and has offices in San Francisco and Columbus, Ohio. As a member of 360's marketing team, my role is focused on communications, including social media strategy/management, media relations, copywriting and managing the redesign of the company's website.

BRR Architecture is a national design firm specializing in retail and commercial architecture. As the Director of Marketing, I led a team of marketing and graphic design professionals and provided oversight and execution of all marketing and communications initiatives for the company’s eight regional offices. This role encompassed all aspects of print and digital communications including: brand management, content marketing strategy, collateral development, social media & website redesign/management and ongoing support of the company’s business development efforts.Key initiatives included: • Developed and managed the firm's strategic marketing plan• Oversaw all print and digital communications• Launch of the firm’s first social media channels• Redesign and content generation for new marketing collateral• Redesign and SEO/content strategy for company website• Reorganization of departmental data and graphic assets for increased efficiency• Ongoing support of the company’s business development efforts resulting in over 30 new clients • Redesign of internal SharePoint intranet • Implementation of project management software to improve team communication/coordination
