Smashing Ideas is a design agency under Luxoft and DXC. We work remotely with multiple teams across the USA and the globe to deliver high-quality digital products. Our team consists of business strategists, UX researchers, animators, and product designers. Some of my responsibilities include: • Participate in, organize (create and design), and/or lead design workshops to educate, drive discovery and better understand the user's needs• Advocate for users while working closely with product managers, business analysts, and stake holders to solve complex problems and define requirements• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and evaluate features while also balancing business and end-user needs• Work with UX research or strategy team to plan user testing sessions and translate research findings into future design deliverables• Use Design Thinking, user journey, storytelling, UX, and prototypes to communicate the vision, flow, and features of the product • Develop conceptual flows, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to facilitate communication of designs to partners, clients, and stakeholders, as well as for gathering user feedback• Engage in usability testing, interview, and research to incorporate user preferences and usability findings into designs• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and interactions• Collaborate with fellow UX designers, strategy, researchers, and team members to generate ideas and get or give feedback• Collaborate remotely with an international team to ensure timely delivery of all projects

I worked as a branding consultant and designed presentations, graphics, and other marketing materials for clients such as Tikal, Syata, Exaware, etc.Noteya Innovations provides business acceleration services for Israeli technology vendors. Our clients offer products that can be hosted in the Cloud and offered as value added services by telcos and managed service providers or sold as part of larger solutions delivered by system integration firms.

I am experienced in designing logos, branding systems & style guides, digital products (websites & applications), packaging, marketing materials, sales presentation, etc., for local and international businesses.

As the lead product designer at Movejoy, I manage and oversee the product's interface design (look and feel), communicate design tasks to engineers, keep tract and document design updates, and test updated designs in order to provide feedback to engineers before implementation.This contributed to more streamlined design system that helps the company to appeal to a larger market.

I wrote and illustrated a weekly comic series for Webtoon Thailand with over 1.2+ million views.

I designed a new product from the ground up with partners at Mello Innovations by creating My Makita Web App for Makita Thailand’s customers to register their products online. This resulted in an automated system that shortened product warranty approval time, eradicated paper wastes as Makita previously used mail-in postcards for warranty, and created a database for customers to verify product authenticity.

I designed Techsauce Media’s first product (migrated from Wordpress) from the ground up.This provided a better user experience, leading to increased sales and sponsorship.

As a brand designer at FireOneOne, I have the opportunity to work on branding and designing as well as facilitating design thinking workshop for business consult clients. The first project I was in charge was rebranding WECOSYSTEM, one of the FireOneOne's sister company. The purpose of the rebranding was to prepare for the brand's official launch as a new company at the end of the year (2017), with the official launch in 2018. I developed the logo, branding manual, and wrote the first draft of the company's mission statement with the guidance of the CEO. WECOSYSTEM is an "entrepreneurial cultural space" that aims to drive "change through entrepreneurship, innovation, and design. WECOSYSTEM is also educational space for entrepreneurs, students, and Bangkok's community. Located in the heart of Bangkok, it holds weekly events, with topics ranging from air pollution to quantum computer and accounting to ethical fashion. WECOSYSTEM also holds month-long courses on entrepreneurship, touching on topics like defining business big idea, creating your business' vision, and user experience. WECOSYSTEM also have plans to expand to short courses that will last one day or over a weekend on subjects such as user experience for designer and developers, how to create a great presentation, etc. FireOneOne's position as a digital consultant requires hands on research, and many were done through design thinking workshops. Working along side a senior designer, as a team, we designed activities that correlates to the topic of research that will answer initial questions we have about our client's project. During the workshop, each designer is assigned to a focus group and assist each group in brainstorming ideas as well as aiding them by asking the right questions.

I worked with a Biomedical Engineering professor to create a super top secret scientific illustrations for her lab's research. The illustrations were used for her lab's presentation at a conference.

As an illustrator, I worked closely with a computer science professor and his teaching assistant to plan and create illustrations for their new online introduction to computer science textbook. I was also in charge of the art direction and worked with a graduate student who worked on technical illustrations to create a coherent art style for the textbook. After the illustrations were finished, I continued to work on the project with a larger group of undergraduate students to edit and give feedback on the content of the book.

I work closely with Professor Edwin Sibert to illustrate and animate chemistry lecture videos used in University of Wisconsin-Madison's Introduction to Chemistry (Chem103) class. Students are able to view these weekly videos before lecture and take a related quiz through the university's online portal. The videos give introduction to new concepts that will be introduced more in depth in lecture.
