Technical Account Executive
Current- Maintain regular contact with roughly 35 clients to ensure consistent customer experience and give clients a platform to share their feedback
- Communicate with clients during project phases and emergencies that may arise
- Develop IT Road Maps for each client based off McLane Intelligent Solutions Tech Stack, encouraging clients to keep their technology within 3-5 years of age
- Scope out product based on client specified needs
- Create and send quotes to clients for hardware/software and projects
- Audit accounts to ensure all information is up to date
