    - Manage the Association's key open-access digital library resource, the ACL Anthology, with over 40K publication and 15K author records. - Operate the Anthology's key processes for ingesting over 4K new publications per year, inclusive of ingestion of camera-ready deposits, ingestion of auxiliary media (datasets, software, presentation decks, and video links), dissemination to downstream services (DBLP, ACM Portal), maintenance of the server, DOI registration and backups.- Assign and arbitrate metadata authority records for the conference and workshop publications of the ACL and for third-party contributors.- Manage and lead the ACL Anthology volunteer group to assign tasks for bug fixes and development.- Initiated the ACL's participation in CrossRef, to allow the Anthology to deposit DOI records for its own publications.- Initiated and maintain the Anthology's ability to host and publish errata and revisions to existing records.- Extended the ACL Anthology XML metadata format to permit standardised ingestion of new records. - Manage and oversee the Anthology software stack, published and managed on GitHub.
