Partnering closely with the team and HR Business Partners, I ensure our capability development initiatives align with our Culture, DEI, Wellbeing, and People & Culture strategies, meeting the evolving needs of the business. I manage stakeholder relationships and oversee corporate induction and onboarding, both locally and globally. Additionally, I am the custodian of our LMS, optimising user experience and business impact, while continuously measuring and improving the effectiveness of our offerings.
