CurrentSupport all staff, clinicians and program directors with any questions or research Update and maintain client and billing databases with correct client/insurance/authorization information.Billing Software data input and claims review and correctionsMaintain and verify insurance coverage and authorizationsProcess/verify referrals for potential intakeVerify all Commercial Insurance plans coverage, benefits and eligibility and obtain necessary authorization for services. Call Commercial insurance companies as the provider to check benefits and eligibility of outpatient mental health services for clients. Including - BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim, Allways, United Healthcare, Tricare, Cigna, Tufts, Masshealth/MBHP/Medicaid, Medicare, Beacon/Wellsense, Aetna, and all other insurance carriers that we accept and do not. Reach out to waitlisted clients regarding status, desire for service, and updated insurance information.Generate reports in order to confirm insurance renewals and update changes as neededSet up New/Existing clients in the Provider Portal. Send out necessary information and forms to families to get signed and then uploaded to stay in complianceTrain new administrative staff for processes and procedures and daily tasks and expectationTransmit payroll data to the corporate office and the CBS Admin office as necessary.Facilitate any payroll changes and provide resolutions to any problems regarding payroll. File all Payroll Action Forms on site after transmission to the corporate office.Conduct Monthly billing Audits to insure systems match and that billing has been done/inputted correctly by Admin Staff. Make any necessary changes, identify repetitive errors and communicate to staff, billing and program directors for clarification and need for additional training and/or support.Work closely with DCF to update and maintain client family information and correct billing status
