Actively support Qualcomm’s high-volume Talent Acquisition and HR Solutions teams, providing guidance and follow-up for onboarding and recruitment efforts over the last 2.5 years. I serve as a core participant on HR Solutions Workstreams including virtual onboarding processes and onboarding delivery teams. Daily adventures include: • ONBOARDING COORDINATION: working directly with HR Solutions partners to transition from traditional, long-standing onboarding processes and implementing more efficient, streamlined processes for onboarding and orientation throughout the pandemic• Maintain responsibility in support of Qualcomm’s New Employee Experience (new hire orientation), onboarding a high average of 80 new hires bi-weekly• Effectively collaborate cross functionally with various lines of business to manage deliverables for new and existing hires, recruiters, hiring managers and HR solutions partners• Consistently exceed customer standards by advocating on behalf of the new hire during the onboarding phase by: Facilitating bi-weekly meetings to assess for and delegate tasks to workstream partners providing highly effective, wrap-around support to our new hires Managing and reconciling the pipeline reports, working closely with recruiters to ensure all new hires are at the proper candidate stage in the ATS Coordinating with external vendors for branding of new hire welcome packagesRECRUITING COORDINATION: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and senior executives to coordinate support on the most pressing talent needs by: • Quickly completing projects as assigned including cross-regional internal opportunity events • Assisting ATS compliance team by auditing for outstanding candidates on filled or closed requisitions• Interview coordination (travel/accommodation/scheduling)• Hiring event coordination and support• Dispositioning of candidates, pipeline tracking and customer communication Show less
