•Assist in EEO, DOL, Union investigation and mediations•Facilitate Town Hall meeting to capture issues needing further research and resolution•Develop and maintain detail procedures to reduce redundancy and increase efficiency Policy and procedures•Manage ADA, WorkersComp,FMLA/LOA for 200 employee including Benefits enrollment, state inspection(HR Compliance and Security Licensing)•Insure Supervisor training and of team members by providing one on one training and follow-up training.•Provide comprehensive support to Executive –Level, Labor Relation, and HRBP’s•Respond to State unemployment claim , unfavorable, state calls, hearings•Prepare confidential material including RIF, dismissal, investigation, performance management, salary survey, yearly merit increase, Headcount reports•Assist with nationwide rollout programs for incentives and new initiatives for the company•Assist in the identification of employee relation, EAP issues and trends for non-exempt and exempt levels•Prepare security contracts, shift bids, commercial leasing packages •Process payroll, exit interviews, headcount reports, and applicant tracking•Coordinate and facilitate company events and socials•Dealt with staffing, office supply vendors•Neutral Advocate•Assist non-exempt and exempt on clarification on company procedures (local state, federal policy employment laws), processes, conflict resolution, coaching•Facilitate new hire on boarding process:•Maintain company standards of professionalism by interviewing, recruitment, selecting candidates for bio medical and emergency transportation company, •Coordinate pre-employment testing(background, drug and references check) •Ensure Compliance of post-hire I-9 documentation, offer letters, job posting, Organizational charts•Coordinate internal and external recruitment activities (job fairs, colleges)
