As a tier III technician for Administrative Services Technology at the University of North Dakota I serve as a Helpdesk/Desktop Support technician. I operate as a bridge between Tech 1 & Tech 2 student technicians and Full-Time Staff. AS Tech provides end user support across 5 different divisions and approximately 800 end users. In addition, AS Tech is responsible for the maintenance/upkeep, imaging, and deployment of more than 1100 end user devices to include computers, printers, scanners. Support is also provided to the more than 80 specialty software that is used throughout the supported departments.
