Hired staff, negotiated with vendors for supplies/services, handled personnel issues/investigations, while building market share growth. Created a culture of pride and success through personal interaction with all staff, mentoring, and training. Provided strategic planning for new market including pricing strategy, marketing initiatives to gain market share from competitors, and hiring/promotions.• Number 1 performer (‘05, ‘06, ‘07 and ’08) in West Coast Performance Balance Rankings that measured market share growth, profitability and customer service scores.• Selected to serve on National Diversity and Inclusion team at corporate headquarters for 3 years.• Proactively built brand in the market place by marketing to referral sources, as well as community involvement.
