Each time in less than 6 months. - Transformation from product marketing based on specification to value based- Building and maintaining the competitive battle cards.

Middle East & Africa

Business Development in the Middle East and Africa region for Barco VR systems and services (maintenance contracts). Focus on Oil&Gas and University/Research centers.Accomplishments:- Sales of the first VR CAVEs and reconfigurable CAVEs in Middle East- Implementing Barco strategy to shift from direct sales to partner-based sales model- Convince customers on buying additional services (maintenance contracts)
