Managed 5 suppliers training in APGC(Asia Pacific & Great China- PRC, HK, TW, KOR, SEA, ISC) which support Customer Service Center. Cooperated with Global Training Team on training materials and any facilities preparations. Communicated with APGC Training Managers in each supplier site via conference meeting, mails. Tracked the status of training delivery and collected training reports contains training completion status & evaluation result. Led from training perspective to ensure each project, product, process, tools release initiated by Global Leadership Team launch in APGC suppliers successfully. Analysed the training needs from APGC local Leadership Team and develop training materials, process documents. Worked as core stakeholder of local projects and manage training function. Evaluated training results after suppliers had 100% conducted training and gave the signal GO/Not GO to the Leadership Team of the new project launch from training perspective. Reported training consumption and worked on training cost controlling according to the requirements from Leadership Team. Besides, review new hire training road-map regularly and share the guideline to APGC suppliers. Host monthly APGC Trainer meeting and cascade training tasks. Led suppliers Trainers Certification Program and provided feedback.

In charge of all the training activities- new hire training, existed hire on going training, agents advantage training, human development of Business Process Outsource(BPO) Team cross different industries and categories: - Microsoft Customer Service Center- 1 Smart Call Center- Mary Kay Call Center- CMCC Promotion- Wal-Mart Call CenterOrganized, planed and delivered the training in different cities including but not limited to：Shenyang, Kunshan, Suzhou, Shanghai or via conference meeting. Communicated with the Training Managers, Project Managers of clients to organize and deliver products, process, policy and human development related training. Supported Operation Team base on the analysis data to develop or improve training courses. Used experience accumulated and push creativity to develop the customized training structures in the new projects. Attended outside training to rich vision of different areas, different categories of training from depth and width perspective and conduct internal training to my team members and managers.Managed one little training team with 8 trainers. Job included annual cerification, performance review and evaluation, employee relationship build, team building, etc. Human development was also one part of my job to lead for creating exhibition, Microsoft Service Center agents team building and outing as well as psychological training help agents to relieve pressure.
