Technical Account Manager:- Manage a book of up to ten (12) assigned clients- Sole engineer assigned to any support requests submitted by the assigned clients- Engaging with clients on regular status calls to help troubleshoot any issues that arise- Assist with initiatives that may need strategic input from Tealium- Proactively schedule workshops and training sessions to get clients involved and knowledgeable about the product- Alert clients to opportunities for refinement in their Tealium implementation and processes through regular wellness reviews and configuration audits- Work with operations and engineering teams to alleviate any issues found with client accounts and environments- Attend any onsite working sessions with clients- Participate in quarterly business reviews- Hold demos of new features and products to keep clients abreast of new changes they should encounter in the product- Keep clients informed on upcoming products and features to facilitate early adoption and knowledge

- Engage directly with customers to provide technical solutions and support- Configure vendor tags within Tealium’s iQ tag management system based on the customer requirements- Troubleshoot in different environments, including iOS, Android, React/React Native, Angular, and other Single Page Apps- Facilitate excellent customer experience- Write and debug clean, scalable JavaScript code- Effectively troubleshoot and analyze complex issues related to JavaScript Tags, APIs, Data Discrepancies, and general front-end code languages, identify possible solutions, and present recommendations & best practices- Contribute to our knowledge base to support both internal and external content- Support different client use cases by creating sample code and providing recommendations based on best practices in both Tealium and web development- Create webhooks to API endpoints using tools such as Postman to validate endpoints and troubleshoot- Write and execute SQL queries to troubleshoot data issues using Redshift databases- Lead the mobile training effort for other team members by hosting workshops and training sessions, as well as creating onboarding documentation with active examples of sample apps- Assist with implementation projects and work with project managers- Manage and facilitate two internal meetings that promote internal learning and knowledge sharing among colleagues
