I am a talented digital and traditional artist with a special passion for game design. I have a bachelor’s degree in Animation and Media Arts from the Art Institute of Washington D.C. I am comfortable with various art styles and I am excellent with color and light. I am well practiced at creating thumbnails and rough illustrations quickly and in perspective. I am trained to use reference for my art to create something new and realistic. I was also trained with industry standard software and hardware, such as but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite, Zbrush, 3Ds Max, Maya, Cintqu, Wacom tablets, etc.In addition to my training as a digital/traditional artist, I have training in 3-D modeling and texture. This experience has helped me develop an understanding of the creation pipeline, and how my concept art is used to create 3-D models. Having attended an art college as well as a specialized technology college, I feel I have excellent fundamentals that would be highly beneficial in this position.As a working professional, I take criticism well, and provide constructive feedback when appropriate. I work well with others in diverse team environments. I love to learn and gain new inspiration from other artists in the industry. My passion for my art drives me to improve every day. When I'm not studying art, I'm at the park with my two dogs or hanging with my girlfriends watching live music. I enjoy concerts, making new friends, trying new foods and going to the beach. I'm also a freediver and I like to swim the Florida coast or the Caribbean. I'm fascinated by sea creatures of all types. I'm big on adventuring and traveling. But don't get the wrong idea of me. I can't afford going out all the time. I also really love watching a new series on Netflix or binge playing a new Zelda game.
