Providing advice to candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.3. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;4. Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy;5. Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;6. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;7. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating shortlist of candidates for the client;8. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;9. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements with candidates;10. Offering advice to candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
