Customers submit a set of body measurements and every piece of garment is uniquely crafted based on those measurements. NUMARI is a zero inventory business model with low fixed costs and high gross margins.

Led multiple cross-functional teams and helped clients across industries such as Retail and Media to migrate from on premise solutions to a SaaS based model. As the key point of contact for the clients, worked with various stakeholders to understand the clients' key business problems, existing IT infrastructure and recommend long-term solutions that delivered excellent ROI.

Worked closely with the Product Management team on key market research projects. In a short span of 3 months, quickly learned the ins & outs of the Satellite industry and identified trends shaping the industry.
