OYO events deals in organising corporate and social events with 750+ venues across 30 cities in India.My key responsibilities include:- Interact with corporate leadership to understand mission-critical priorities, design team strategy and update leadership regularly on key actionable for the quarter- Responsible for assigning work streams and managing a team of contributors aligned with different processes enabling them to deliver must-have targets- Managing resource allocation, operational staffing status and streamlining execution of operations processes for 18 cities- Oversee recruitment for operations, training new recruits and building an internal knowledge base- Resolving complex issues across work streams, understanding on-ground sales challenges and adapt to case expectations- Cross functional exposure-regular interactions with the Finance team, Legal team, Tax team, Product team, technology team and other parallel businesses in OYO- Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of metrics, tracking models, reports, analyses and dashboards to drive key business decisions- Implement tech automation for various processes and evaluate goal based performances

DronaMaps is an enterprise platform that derives analytics from data collected using drones and uses a combination of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with legacy geospatial approaches. It aims to simplify the dense 3D maps to the web by integrating computer vision based reconstructions using optimized live-rendering OpenGL/WebGL. The company operates on UAV Trajectory Optimization for efficient collection of data and to maximize the dense point clouds within the models, thus recreating, preserving and managing the data in GIS-enabled 3D maps.Roles and Responsibilities: - Corroborated and administered the cross-functional teams to build, manage and deliver products and services from the inception to the phase-out to create customer value and furnish measurable business benefits- Analysed and formulated the cost estimation models, budgetary calculations, forecasting processes and other financial planning and tracking mechanisms- Standardized the business processes by conforming to norms, protocols and technical know-how established through each project implementation- Contributed to the total revenues by executing projects PAN India

The five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) is a unique and creative programme meant for young students with managerial and leadership aspirations.The Programme consists of 15 terms spread over a period of 5 years, with each year having 3 terms of 3 months. IPM is in two parts. The first three years build a foundation, and the last two years focus on management. The foundation years has courses in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics,Psychology, Sociology,Political Science,Science, Engineering, Humanities, Literature and Fine Arts.The last two years,4th and the 5th year is integrated with the Institute’s 2-year Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP).

Project Highlights: 1. To study and identify the ideal plants acquired by the company (are Adhunik Cement Limited, Meghalaya and Calcom India Limited, Lanka, Assam) based on determination of contribution level.2. Identify the grey areas (areas with maximum losses) by analyzing the costs per bag incurred in the area due to incorrect distribution of cement from the plants to the various zones.3. To optimize the distribution channel by serving the right zones from the right plants.4. To enhance the scope of operations by adopting strategies to minimize losses by taking into account, the external governmental and non governmental factors.The project was aimed at using the step by step approach of calculating the contribution per bag which had given a clear and vivid understanding of controllable factors of cost and suggested a way to rectify and minimize them by defining a proper channel of distribution. Conclusion:- Provided a framework for proper distribution in future from a specific plant by analysis of contribution and sales from the plants and all the controllable risks like the billing preferences etc.- The rule book to be periodically updated and reviewed since the costs tend to change.- Exceptional approval should be accounted for in the decision making process through the procedure.
