Training Specialist - Customer Education
Current◦ Identify training needs and learning journeys for different user segments. ◦ Using the authoring tool and LMS, design and develop e-learning courses relating to product usage for beginners, intermediate, and advanced users.◦ Coordinate both the Pre- and Post-Training processes (sending invites, setting-up zoom, generating certificates, collecting feedback) ◦ Collect and analyze customer training feedback, and channel it to the Product Team, Support Team, Subject-Matter Expert team, etc., to improve the customer learning experience. ◦ Part of a 3-member team to design and implement the DEI program.◦ Collaborate with Instructional Designers, and SMEs to align the On-demand Learning Content and Strategy with the Live Instructor Led Training. ◦ Collaborate with different verticals (Customer Success/ Sales/ Academics/Reseller Team) to improve the User Learning Experience.
