Key Responsibilities:•Recruitment-Experience on different Job Portals like-Monster,Naukri,Timesjobs & Indeed-Managing the complete Recruitment life cycle-Screening resume for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources such as jobportals,printed adverstisements social networking sites or consultants.-Conducting recruitment drives and Interviewing candidates at Corporate office.-Negotiating compensation for making salary fitment.-Rolling out Offer Letter to Candidates•Induction-Ensuring smooth induction and joining formalities for new Joiners-Inducting them on company policies,business & services.•Employee Engagement:-Employed various fun @ work initiatives in the organization including various festivecontests & Employee Engagement activities-Conducted Fun Activities/ Games on weekly basis-Organized trips for the employees etcInvolvement in Other Activities:-On Boarding Activities (conducting first day welcome, taking care of all joining formalitiesJoining forms,P.F & ESIC.-Performance Management & Analyzing training needs-Maintaining Personal File of Employees with all relevant documents.-Grievance Handling & Redressal-Checking the new joiner’s educational & past experience certificates-Background and Reference Checking-Updating MIS,Recruitment Status,Rejected List, etc.•Human Resource Information System:-Entering,Maintaining & Updating data related to employees leaves,personal information,compensation,educational information
