During my time in the lab I have mastered several techniques and research skills. I have been a part of multiple in vivo and in vitro projects, where we have studied the effects of the novel neurotrophic factors MANF and CDNF on rodent and cell models of neurodegenerative diseases, such as PD and ALS. I have conducted my master's thesis project in the research group, where I studied protective effects of MANF and CDNF variants on a cell model of ALS. In addition to learning new techniques, I learned to plan my own project, collaborate with other researchers, solve problems and critically search for information.
In the summer 2016 I worked at Verkkokauppa.com 's warehouse as an agency worker.

Mainly, I worked independently and having total responsibility over my route.
