There is no secret that no one is born as a great sales person. Sales is an Art itself which takes lots of time to master. Working in a corporate environment for many years I could see many gaps in the sales departments which resulted in losing great sales people because of the lack of the support, internal politics, poor communication between departments etc. I personally experienced many times that politics in the office environment could be more important than sales team’s results. If you can’t change other people you can change yourself! So, I decided to quit a corporate world and start my own company offering to those who prefer getting sales results rather than discuss internal politics a few services designed to increase revenue and keep sales people happy and productive. There are many gaps in a full time sales department scenario, if someone is not performing that person will be replaced in no time, but nobody worked out the cost to the company to hire a new person and get him up to speed while his territory is left unattended. We came up with a few practical solutions on how to overcome this challenge.I am also very passionate about assisting small business owners trying to scale up their businesses. In most cases they don’t have a previous business development experience themselves or a sales management background, therefore they are not the best sales resources for their company and they always struggle to manage sales people even if they can afford them. I am keen to create high performance cultures and assist in the development of individuals.
