Responsabilities:- I receive and triage security events detected by Secureworks Managed SecurityServices and respond by performing different investigations within the client’senvironment.- I am responsible for investigating alerts, determining the source of the threat,the extent to which client assets have been compromised and makingrecommendations for remediation.- I perform analysis of security events from multiple sources including but notlimited to events from SIEM tools, network and host-based IDS, firewall logs,system logs, mainframes, mid-range, applications and databases.- I perform detonation and investigations on potential malicious e-mails reported bythe customers (Phishing, Spams, Malicious, Scams).- I perform real-time monitoring and analysis of security events from multiple sources.- I use indicators of compromise from current intelligence information to proactively review customers environments searching for suspicious behavior across network, host and logs data.- I provide input for operational runbooks.

Responsabilities:- I offered high quality client service and monitoring with proactive involvement towards clients and providers;- I provided e-mail / chat support for providers and clients through Skype and web-chat;- I was responsible for Linux servers infrastructure monitoring and Linux connectivity investigation and troubleshooting (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS);- I worked with virtualization systems(Proxmox)and network monitoring solutions(Zabbix);- I was configuring web domains, DNS/rDNS setup, advanced check-ups for clients, server configurations etc;- I proactively troubleshoot and solve Level 1/2 technical issues, observed through monitoring or highlighted by clients,- I was single point of contact for managed tickets and follow-up on the solutions proposed by suppliers or Level 3; - I was keeping the client informed and up-to-date regarding the solving progress and confirm the closure of the ticket with the client;

As a production development executive,- I manage the branding division of the company, which has over 15equipments for engraving, embroidery, uv printing, sublimation, direct-to-garmentprinting, transfer printing.- I also know to operate all the equipments;- I determin the production time and costs and I recomand the selling pricesfor our branding services;

Since 2007 i was the IT guy:- I was doing Troubleshooting for my colleagues from other departments on software/hardware/network errors;- I was buying new computers/ software/ peripheral/ upgrade components andinstall them;- At first i was maintaining the existing wired network, and after we moved toa new building, I`ve installed and configured a new wired+wireless network ona 3 floor building.

As an Art Director i was designing print layouts, logos, flyers, brochures, packing artwork with Photoshop and Corel Draw; - I was the project manager for branding promotional products with our clients logos (approve graphics, price offer, quality control, delivery details); - Because the company didn`t have any branding machinery, I was doing the orders at 3rd party companies, I negociated contracts, terms and delivery details;
