I recently started my internship in the Resource Management Group (RMG) at Tech Mahindra, where I am responsible for key recruitment and HR activities such as cold calling, coordinating walk-in interviews, database management, and lead generation. Through these tasks, I am developing my communication, organizational, and data management skills, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. My focus is on contributing to the team’s success while continuously learning and honing the skills needed for a career in HR and talent management.
