Over the past 10+ years I have worked for 3 companies. All the companies I worked for I do so via an agency called Quest staffing solutions. I started at Multichoice Africa in Randburg were I worked as a customer service agent for DSTV. A few years later I was moved to Webhelp SA where I worked on the Vodafone UK campaign. I was promoted to Team Leader within 6 months and after +-3 years I was moved to Conduent SA where I worked as a High Value Care Tier 1 Technical Assistance Team Leader. The duration of my customer service worked is +- 10 years with 7 of those years being in a manager position. I know all the in's and out's of customer service and I'm an excellent problem solver.
