I graduated from Antioch University Seattle in June of 2017 and received a Master's of Arts in degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and an associate license in marriage and family therapy LMFTA. I have just begun working as a family therapist at Nexus Youth and Families in Auburn, WA. I have also received national certification in addiction counseling level II and am an SUDPt training to be dual certified in substance use dependency and marriage and family therapy. I specialize in grief and loss, trauma informed therapy that leans toward strength based, solution focused therapy. I am a dialectical behavior therapist who also uses cognitive behavior therapy techniques to help a person create live worth living. I have self-published a caregiver's book: A Little Red Wagon Full If Hope:Tips and Inspiration From A Loving Caregiver, for people with loved ones facing serious illness.
