I have been working in consulting for power generation clients for over 20 years. I have had the opportunity to work on new power generation development, acquisition of existing power generation, estimating the financial obligations associated with power plant decommissioning, as well as various other consulting and independent engineering assignments for numerous clients. This experience has included strategic site selection, feasibility assessments, economic analysis, review of historical and projected operations, preliminary design, and cost estimating services. I have prepared both written and oral testimony for hearings before public utility commissions. In addition to my experience with traditional fossil fuel power generation, I have worked with renewable power generation over the past several years, particularly with wind farm development. I've also had the opportunity to work with transmission and distribution clients, as well as other industrial and commercial clients on a variety of engineering and economic evaluations.
