• Undertaking slope stability studies for operating mines and greenfield projects• Undertaking stability (support design) studies of underground openings for operating mines and greenfield projects• Preparing and updating the "Ground Control Management Plans" for both U/G and Open Pit Mines• Regular inspection of operating mine sites (U/G and Open Pit) owned by the company for geotechnical purposes• Investigation of greenfield projects for geotechnical purposes• Preparing geotechnical drill plans for greenfield projects and mines in operation• Geotechnical core logging• Coordination of site-specific rock mechanics testing programs

• Preparing the technical infrastructure of the feasibility studies for projects and tenders by, preparing the geological reserve model, selecting the mining method to be applied, preparing support/slope designs, preparing mine designs, preparing the long term mine production plans, selecting the machinery park required to reach the production targets, determining the required labor force, estimating the mining cost.• Performing research of legal and technical issues necessary for the evaluation of the projects.• Fulfilling the legal responsibilities of the mining licenses owned by the company.• Starting and finalizing legal action during assignment of new fields.• Performing the necessary work together with operational management to calculate the progress payments in contracting works.• 11 Mining Project Feasibility/Pre-Feasibility studies were completed for the company since 2007.

• Regular inspection of underground openings,• Collection of data to provide input for underground mine support design and sequencing, analyzing and interpreting the collected data, making revisions on mine and support designs when necessary,• Carry out tests related with underground support to ensure that the support performance is adequate for design,• Inspection of all significant ground falls and reporting,• Regular inspection of open pit mine,• Collection of data to provide input for open pit mine design, analyzing and interpreting the collected data, making revisions on mine and slope designs when necessary,• Carry out tests related with open pit slopes to ensure the stability of pit slopes,• Geotechnical review and approval of the mine plans prepared by planning department, making changes on mine plans when necessary• Recording the historic rock performances in development/production (for both underground and open pit mines) and interpreting to support mine design and planning• Preparing the "Underground Ground Control Management Plan" and making regular review and update of the management plan • Carrying out and documenting the audit, review and quality assurance programs related to rock hazards• Regular inspection of underground ventilation, preparing and updating the ventilation designs• Collecting geotechnical data for the newly developed/developing projects, carry out tests according to the selected mining method and preparing support/slope designs and the ground control management plan
