Managing 160 Servers directly and 923 servers indirectly, totally 1083 Servers which includes security patches, restarts plans, ports and health checks. Defining the company needs of IT point of view, finding solutions for those needs, designing, planning, implementing the solution and audit the outcome to evaluate the success rate of the solution or project. Reducing the running cost by renewing or replacing infrastructure or service providers. Monitoring team’s performance and defining targets to improve their productivity and experience. Planning trainings for the team to improve their knowledge, productivity and motivation.

Managing the team that contains four support engineers, one supervisor, one intern and one electrical engineer to cover the indoor and outdoor needs. Preparing procedures and daily task routines to provide highest level quality of service. Preparing all communication services by making contract with local suppliers. Being sure of Servers’ continuity (Proactive Management), design of Backup Strategy. Monthly monitoring of servers, servers’ environment and taking actions according to the monitoring reports. Managing the team by assigning jobs according to their capabilities and then monitoring and evaluating. Preparing quarterly training to increase the productivity of the team.
