"Figma Boost" course, focusing on imparting the essential skills and knowledge of Figma to students. The course is designed not only to introduce the fundamentals of Figma but also to encourage the practical application of the tool for a variety of outcomes. My teaching philosophy centers on education over evaluation; understanding that students are navigating the learning curve of this new tool in a limited timeframe, the emphasis is placed on learning and application rather than grading based on the quality of work. This approach fosters an environment where students feel encouraged to experiment and learn without the pressure of perfection, paving the way for innovative design thinking and problem-solving.
