Supporting multiple divisions of approximately 400 staff including Administrative, Program Directors, Clinical Staff, and Direct Care. Monitored middle school students that struggled to maintain adequate attendance. Worked closely with parents, guidance counselors and other school officials to identify the at risk youth and to provide supports to help them improve their attendance and academics. Reported directly to the School Principal and provided this person with data on the number of improvements and students with continued challenges.

Provided supervision to youth on the CHAD Unit. Maintained structure and completed daily logs on youth behavior. Provided support to the clinical team, and initiated groups.
