Originally hired to help transition the A.W.A.R.D.S. system to php language, followed by managing daily operations of help desk team where I was responsible for managing help desk queue, assigning cases to individual programmers and responding to customers requests. Transitioned to application developer position responsible for planning and executing software projects providing enhanced features and accommodating law mandated changes to A.W.A.R.D.S. • Project management. Led several software project through all stages of software development cycle including post deployment interactions with customers. • Architecture planning. Designed several architecture enhancements to increase system’s responsiveness and reliability. Focused on implementing changes to algorithms, procedures, data structures and caching mechanisms to achieve highest possible application responsiveness. • Code debugging. Designed and developed internal workflow management system. PrintNet manages complete printing process beginning with online order acceptance, management of internal job assignments between various printing machines, maintaining links between order parts through post processing stages as well as processing all billing and shipping documents. • Wholesale ordering system (http://www.fhpd.pl/). Designed and developed B2B system requiring high level of integration with company’s accounting software to provide real time stock levels information.
