During my transition from Connecticut to Iowa, I explored career opportunities, working in temporary contract roles. My responsibilities included providing short term administrative help to local businesses; Managing phones; greeting clients; working on projects as assigned; updating client information; scheduling meetings; invoicing; ensuring DOT compliance; and more.

Started out doing therapy and clerical and worked my way up to Marketing Director and eventually Office manager when the OM of 28 years retired. I handled all aspects of the business including hiring and training staff, bookkeeping, marketing, ordering supplies, trouble shooting equipment issues, hiring vendors and reconciling all paperwork.

Full service care of 3 children ages newborn to 4.
