I am a proud first-generation, Black student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, with a vision to further my education in law school. Ever since I could remember, I've loved all aspects of law, but more specifically, its impact on the individuals, communities, and environment in which it regulates. My academic journey reflects my commitment to understanding the intricate intersections of public and private law, as I aim to address critical legal issues such as equal protection rights, income equality under law, and corporate legislation.With a focus on creating equitable solutions, I am particularly passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices and bridging the gap between marginalized communities and the legal system. Whether in the courtroom or the boardroom, my goal is to foster meaningful change and uphold the principles of fairness, accountability, and justice.I grew up on the value that "it takes a village to raise a kid," Moreover, that same village needs to raise a better society for all.
