Provided monthly reports that showed how promotions were working.• Increased the Indirect Dealer program by 80% by originating consumer lending through auto dealers.• Developed a loan origination system with 15 minutes or less standard turnaround time. Total Access Processing System (TAPS) previously required a one-hour wait time, but initiated on-line services with pre-approvals that reduced the wait time to zero.• Created new lending products as well as a risk-based lending program.• Increased the CU’s mortgage portfolio originations by $2 Million per month by creating and implementing a comprehensive mortgage program in partnership with CUNA Mortgage Corp. • Developed and implemented a Home Equity Line of Credit Program with limits of $8 million in the first two years.• Member of the Funds Management Committee (ALM - Asset Liability Management).
