- Lead team of approximately 9 engineers and scientists, with degrees ranging from B.S. to PhD and experience of 0 to 30+ years, in areas of wear, durability, traction, NVH, and structural mechanics.- Coordinate with Global Basic Research organization by attending BR-SubBoard meetings, and Global Technical Working Group Meetings. - Leader of Global One-R All-Weather Theme, developing road map for global research group.- Global coordinator for ATC and Regional coordinator for ATT, ensuring Advanced Development gets the necessary technology from Basic Research to fulfill the MTP.- Lead efforts of technical collaboration with Olympic and Bridgestone Golf partners.- Member of global cross-functional team to provide input to Japanese R&D center restructuring.- Develop plans for organizational restructuring of teams.- Meet weekly with Tech Leaders to update and provide guidance on their technical and professional progress.- Meet bi-weekly with junior engineers to update and provide guidance on their technical and professional progress.

Off Road Tire Development 2012-2016Advanced Tire Technology / Advanced Tire Design 2008-2012

- Design and execute experiments for indoor wear testing.- Develop method to predict tire profile wear using finite element analysis.- Develop Matlab tools for noise and vibration prediction.- Participate in objective and subjective on-vehicle noise and ride evaluations.- Write technical paper on research conducted for publishing in professional journal.
