I also managed three (3) process improvement events through the supervision of four (4) team members, subsequently assisting the rewrite of 180-item tracing tool and galvanizing units’ overarching airlift and operations agility.While employed in this role, I:• Adopted best program management practices to manage $111K in electronic flight bag migration while also evaluating relevant data for adverse trends by leading seven-person Stan/Eval flight.• Leveraged effective squadron oversight to spearhead 15 missions, 45 training sorties, 250 flight hours, 2K pax/3.2M lbs. cargo, and crushed higher headquarters priorities.• Utilized expert communication skills to execute 180+ higher headquarters tasked with transporting 2K pallets/8.7K pax/19.3M lbs. cargo to a warfighter.• Moderated a 645-hour transition for 145 assets in 30 days, as supplemented by the creation of a benchmark for all Pacific Air Forces aircrews via direct leadership of the electronic flight bag integration process.• Earned recognition for providing outstanding support in C-17/12 KC-135/18 F-22/2 DV airlift aircraft, as well as driving 580+ training sorties/27.4K Joint base flight hours.
