Cathay + Fenix distributed 100,000+ unique SKUs across a dozen categories to markets around the globe. Key successes in sales initiatives, management, and process automation enabled dramatic revenue growth and net margin improvement over ~6 short years in business.

Own and operate The Canvas Cure, a print-to-order art store with a philanthropic spin. Featuring licensed artwork from talented artists across the globe, each canvas sold feeds a child in need and plants a tree.

Plan merchandise layouts for all (Priceline and Priceline Pharmacy) new store and existing store projects. Requires detailed understanding of strict merchandising flow guidelines and category-specific customer behavior.Own and execute all communications involving merchandising for supplier and stakeholder partners. For all new and existing store projects, hundreds of suppliers and franchise partners need to be informed of timelines, unit and signage orders, and much more.Developed excel tool that automates communication (a previously manual task), reducing a six hour project to five minutes. The tool will save roughly 600 hours’ worth of work annually.

Own and execute Amazon.ca Vendor Onboarding – Successfully target, negotiate, and manage hundreds of vendors through an onboarding pipeline. Use SQL, VBA and internal tools to automate and scale processes: Enhance product detail page functionality, enhance browse experience and reduce site exit rate. Improve browse node health and ensure products are properly categorized. Led annual tail vendor term negotiations for 400+ vendors across 6 product groups, resulting in an average increase of 130 basis points in terms improvement per vendor. Day to day vendor management that includes establishing a relationship (via phone, email and in person) with multimillion dollar vendors, promoting operational efficiencies, and pushing promotional opportunities to increase revenue and earn marketing accrual. Daily manual inventory assessment to support our inventory position – Focus on inputs to make a recommended buy.Managed and actioned our overstock position via data analysis and internal tools such as Optimal Inventory Health (OIH).Worked to improve automated replenishment systems by understanding the function of the system combined with the unique needs of key vendors.
