Main Responsibilities:• ​Lead a recruitment team and provide day-to-day work direction, performance management, training-coaching, balancing workload, project allocation and overall strategy execution guidelines• Recruit top local and national talent and build a candidate pipeline through social networking, referrals, job boards and community involvement• Interview and assess prospective candidates, from junior to senior and managerial level, in a variety of IT & Engineering related fields• Establish relationships with existing and potential candidates and educate candidates on market, interview processes, skills desired by clients, etc.• Present candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area• Strong knowledge of IT & Engineering industry skill set requirements and full account management responsibilities• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and annual sales goals expectations• Collaborate with individual team members and assist in the onboarding and training of new members• Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures and establish relationships with various clients

• CV screening and phone interviews• Scheduling interviews and managing calendar for all recruitment team • Sourcing and attracting candidates through company’s database, social media and other channels• Creating an efficient pool of candidates and updating company’s internal CV database system• Communicating with candidates, assisting them through recruitment procedure and providing them with feedback
