I love computers. From the bulkiest of hardware and the most difficult to install software to getting finicky games to play, I've been wrestling with machines for a good portion of my life. But it took me a while to figure out that out.As a kid, I've always been the resident I.T. tech at home, and now I'm the resident I.T. tech at UW Bothell. Being able to help people with technological issues, work together with team members to complete computer moves and deployments, and working individually to solve software and hardware problems has helped me realize that my passion lies with technology. As I was going through my college experience with UW, I jumped around from major to major, not entirely certain what I wanted to do with myself. I tried Biology, Business, CSS, IMD, so and so forth until I found a major I was satisfied with; Communication and Media Studies. This major not only allowed me to grow and develop as an individual, it connected philosophy and behavior to technology. In addition to experiencing I.T. firsthand, my long search for what I wanted to do was over. With this passion realized, I discovered another key interest; developing video games. Along with several friends, we created an independent game studio called SHIZWOZ, LLC, where we come together to make great games. I want to contribute to the vast world of I.T. and gaming by developing myself and helping those around me with any and all technological needs.
