Currently, I am the Director of Products at E-Deploy, where I lead the continuous innovation and evolution in critical areas. With a customer-centric approach, I guide a multidisciplinary team to ensure that our efforts are aligned with market needs, customer expectations, and stakeholder objectives.Before that, I served as Product Development Manager and Senior Product Specialist at the same company. I also had the opportunity to act as an Independent Consultant in Innovation, helping companies implement innovative software architectures and change the mindset of developers to new management models and software structures.At UOL EdTech, I had the opportunity to manage a multifunctional team and was responsible for developing systems for the company Cresça Brasil and educational support systems for the company Ciatech. I also coordinated teams developing mobile applications and web systems.My academic background is solid and diverse. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the State University of Campinas, where I acquired a solid foundation in technology and software development. Later, I sought to enhance my knowledge in management and strategy, completing an MBA in Strategic Management at the University of São Paulo. In 2018, I had the opportunity to undertake a university extension at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focused on Big Data. More recently, I completed an MBA in Technology for Business: AI, Data Science, and Big Data at PUCRS.My main skills include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Software as a Service (SaaS). In addition, I am certified in Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) and DEVOPS Essentials Professional Certificate (DEPC).I believe that this combination of technical and managerial training, along with my practical experience, allows me to effectively lead technology teams, develop innovative products, and contribute to business success. I am always seeking to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies to continue offering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of customers and the market.
