• Responsible for meeting financial targets for the account and support /finding new avenues for increasing revenue
• Implementation of uniform SOPs / Account Plan / KPI across sites
• Implementation of all JLL technology/tools and ensure adherence at sites
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to respective stakeholders

• Oversee all sites in assigned portfolio (Karnataka Region including Bangalore, Mysore & Mangalore)
• Manage all type of sites corporate office, Tech office & Partner walk in offices (retail set up of public walkins)
• Manage all facilities staff and vendors at assigned sites
• Manage preventive and emergency maintenance of facility equipment, including CEM
• Ensure all site documentation is in place, including O&M, floor plans, and playbooks
• Manage food program, including vendor management, budgeting, and kitchen equipment maintenance
