Full responsibility for the operation of the bank's HR activities, including the following: recruitment and hiring, career management, learning and development, leading trainings, internal communication, employee events, HR controlling, personnel and cost management, payroll and labor law cases. HR business partnering and advising to the upper and middle management. Managing organizational changes, implementing various programs in order to increase employee engagement.

Assessment of training needs, organizing and leading of trainings, training administration. Responsibility for keeping the training budget. Establishing and managing trainee program.

Creating new reporting structure for retail and corporate business; analyzing of sales results; managing information flow between sales force, controlling team and the bank's upper management, Managing the sales controlling team.

Providing professional support for sales representatives; managing the central sales support team; establishing internal processes; commission calculation; establishing and preparing sales and financial reports; leading professional trainings.

Supporting the bank's Sales center network by establishing and developing the network's internal processes; training and education of colleagues; participation in hiring of new colleagues; establishing, preparing and presenting of sales reports in order to support the achievement of sales targets; participation in managing sales campaigns.

Managing one of the bank's newly opened sales centers. Managing a team of 3-4 sales representatives. Responsibility for achieving sales targets.

Selling of loan products for private individuals, serving customers. Responsibility for customer acquisition and cross-sell. Supporting the Sales center manager as deputy. Training and mentoring of new sales colleagues.
