Full responsibility for the operation of the bank's HR activities, including the following: recruitment and hiring, career management, learning and development, leading trainings, internal communication, employee events, HR controlling, personnel and cost management, payroll and labor law cases. Supporting the bank's Sales center network by establishing and developing the network's internal processes; training and education of colleagues; participation in hiring of new colleagues; establishing, preparing and presenting of sales reports in order to support the achievement of sales targets; participation in managing sales campaigns.
