As a Senior Change Manager with over 8 years of experience in IT service management, I thrive on streamlining processes, coordinating teams, and fostering collaboration across organizations. My journey began as an English-Hungarian interpreter, where I learned the value of clear communication in technical, multilingual settings. This skill continues to shape my approach in the workplace even now.At Deutsche Telekom, I transitioned into the world of ITIL, overseeing change requests, handling escalations, and coordinating key projects. I was honoured to be voted Employee of the Quarter in 2018, a recognition of my dedication to teamwork and delivering high-quality results.In 2019, I joined BT as a Change Manager, where I managed complex change initiatives, chaired advisory boards, and implemented process improvements that significantly boosted change performance. This is also where I mastered communication under pressure as I had the opportunity to chair various meetings with customers and colleagues from other areas. I was proud to receive the Customer Excellence Award for my contributions and move onto my current position of Senior Change Manager and also get certified in ITIL v4.I currently coordinate a team and I am dedicated to meeting SLAs, developing service improvements, and fostering collaboration between ITIL functions.
