The 6 years of leadership experience that gained from an American company and the targeted high school studies have taught LEAN tools, KPI's, EHS tools, of course the importance of using it. In my team, I consider communication to be of the utmost importance because it is the most useful management tool for getting to know each other's beliefs, delivering goals and motivating.I believe that in the coming period, information technology will be closely linked to the production, quality and security conditions, so besides the development of my leadership competencies, I would be most interested in machine learning, data mining and Industry 4.0 related topics.
