I’ll admit I was skeptical of the stories in Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth. I mean… how could birth actually be that magical? But it was! It is!And I’ve made it my life’s work to ensure others know the magic of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood through fitness, education, respect, and support. Whether I am serving you as a prenatal and postpartum coach, prenatal yoga teacher, birth doula, childbirth educator, or all of the above, my goal is to enhance your birth experience -- physically, emotionally, and energetically.
