I am a perceptive, digitally aware CFO and director, with an eye for opportunity gained from 35+ years’ experience in both Listed and PE backed international organisations, typically Fintech. I have held board positions from a young age and am passionate about delivering agile solutions to business issues and transformations, including IPO, sale and turnarounds, having done so across several industry sectors and markets. My Chartered Accountant qualification underpins all that I do and provides gravitas and credibility to a board.I revitalized and sold an entrepreneurial fintech business, worked internationally and with multi-national companies, and led finance teams across EMEA. I was part of a core team which dealt with the sale of our $1bn business headquartered in New Zealand, having been a key participant in the 50% growth story within Europe and most recently I redesigned the finance function of a client to ensure success with the financial due diligence for the sale of their business.
