On moving to the UK, completed a 3-month assignment overseeing the financial workstream of 2 change management projects and strategic financial modelling for the Client Development Function of First Data.Previously in South Africa, consulted to various industries covering business structures, product costing mechanisms, Financial Accounting processes and Internal control procedures, foreign exchange risk analysis and Forensic accounting services. Worked with company owned by PE firm Venfin to establish a separate product line, secure a key JV and create the three-year Strategic Plan. Advised Admiral Leisure World (Casino operator) re tax and offshore structures and financial modelling for their operations.
