When I graduated from my MBA program in 2021 I set myself a goal.Within 5 years I would be running a business.In my previous role it became clear to me that Australian SME’s consistently run into the same problem – businesses get stuck when the owner is the salesperson.They are unable to push past the limits of their organic growth, as the owner is juggling revenue generating activities with the day-to-day operations of their business.Hiring a salesperson provides no guarantee of success either, because many SME salespeople are either inexperienced or ineffective.So how could I help SME’s get unstuck?By leveraging my years of B2B sales experience to found TenClub, an onshore outsourced sales company with the mission of solving the small business sales problem in Australia.By taking the end-to-end sales process off the business owner's hands, My team and I are able get them back into operations and strategy, so they can focus on delivering value for their clients - instead of trying to find them.Outside of work I enjoy visiting new places with my wife and 2 kids, listening to and playing music, keeping my mind active through self-directed learning, my body healthy through exercise, and following numerous sporting codes (Cricket, AFL, Formula 1, NBA).
