Used methods and tools are e.g. Business Scenarios, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, SWOT, Business Operating Models, Ansoff's Matrices, Value Chains, Capability Maps, ESSO Models and Product Configuration Models. The core business architecture work is aligned with other enterprise architecture areas (information architecture, application architecture and technology architecture). A major part of the workload includes building relations, trust and mutual understanding.
